Hawthorne Rehab of Brandon offers subacute rehabilitation services for individuals recovering from illness, injury, or hospitalization. We are equipped to care for individuals with more complex medical needs, including those transitioning directly from the hospital. Unlike many facilities, we are able to support advanced respiratory care, allowing patients to continue their recovery in a rehabilitation setting without interruption. Our program is designed to support strength, mobility, and daily function while preparing patients for a safe transition home or to the next level of care.

Our State of The Art Gym

Hawthorne Rehab features a newly renovated state of the art gym with advanced equipment and dedicated therapy spaces. The gym is designed to simulate a real-life home environment and features a fully equipped Activities of Daily Living (ADL) suite with a full-size bed, kitchenette, washer and dryer, and dining area. This setting allows patients to practice everyday tasks in a functional environment, helping them safely prepare for a successful transition back home.
